BRIEF
This was the first year that our client asked us to capture this event for them. Along with a highlights film of the event itself, they also wanted had a Behind the Scenes edit in their brief, so our shoot begun with pack-in of the event. This includes a full time-lapsing from set up the day before through to the event conclusion.
In the day leading up to the event, we sent a camera operator out for a few hours to get set up footage, and on event day, we have two camera operators for the whole day.
We capture all the magic moments that culminate into a gala awards dinner of epic proportions with over 1500 guests! With the footage we shoot, and extra footage from the AV techs, V3 on the night, we put together a stunning highlights film that showcases the scale and execution of the event to future clients, shares the recognition of the awards winners, and the Behind the Scenes inspires staff.
